Definitely a unique portrait shot! I can't say I've seen one like this before.

To start with, the perspective is pretty awesome! I love how you've included the basketball net, it shows the theme of basketball, and also provides an interesting perspective.

Definitely like the pose of the person as well, it is also unique. The title explains the whole photo really. I like how the person's tongue is out, it's humorous yet shows concentration.

I like the colours, or lack of really, as they appear washed out. It suits the theme of the photo well though.

The only thing I can say about this photo is, maybe straighten it if you can, it might make the photo appear even stronger, as the lines on the ground will be aligned.
